Products
We sell garden sheds, dog kennels, and related outdoor structures. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual timber grain, colour, and finish may vary slightly.

Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by a pricing or listing error, with a full refund offered.
  • An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.

Payment
Payment is taken securely at checkout via our payment provider. We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

Delivery
See our Shipping Policy for full details. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or stock availability.

Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition/packaging where possible. Bespoke or made-to-order items may be excluded — see our Return & Refund Policy.

Product Assembly & Installation
Sheds and kennels may require self-assembly unless installation is explicitly purchased as an add-on service. Assembly instructions are provided with each product. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect assembly.

Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as stated on the individual product page. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
