Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across mainland England, Scotland, and Wales. Please contact us at support@nexavell.com to check delivery availability for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, or other offshore locations.
Delivery Times
- Standard sheds/kennels: typically 5–10 working days
- Made-to-order or large items: typically 2–4 weeks
- Exact estimated delivery times are shown on each product page at checkout.
Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and delivery location. Some larger items may incur a kerbside-only delivery charge (see below).
Kerbside Delivery
Due to the size and weight of sheds and kennels, most items are delivered kerbside (to the nearest accessible point at your property) using a two-person delivery team where required. Please ensure clear access is available on the day of delivery.
Delivery Day
You will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date, and most couriers will provide a tracking link or delivery window on the day.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If you're not available to receive your delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please make sure someone is available at the property, or provide clear delivery instructions at checkout.
Damaged Items on Arrival
Please inspect your item(s) on delivery. If anything arrives damaged, note it on the delivery paperwork if possible and contact us at support@nexavell.com within 48 hours with photos, so we can resolve it quickly.
